At your in-home consultation, we will discuss your goals and
expectations and how to achieve maximum return on your
investment. After a brief walk-thru of your home, we will
provide you with a report detailing the top priorities of
work needed to achieve a quick sale for the best possible
price.
Occupied Home Staging:
For an occupied home, we strive to work with furnishing
already in the home, although sometimes accessory rental or
purchase is recommended.
We will roll up our sleeves and work together to make
dramatic transformations in the key areas of your home and
provide you with high quality photos to use in your
marketing efforts. You will be amazed how much of a
difference simply de-cluttering, rearranging furnishings and
adding accessories can make in transforming the home.
Vacant Home Staging:
Vacant homes appear cold and sterile and as only 10% of
buyers can visualize the true potential of a home, staging
is imperative. We will handle the entire process from
beginning to end. This includes an initial consultation
where the process and budget are discussed, bringing in
furniture and accessories, staging, de-staging and furniture
removal once the house has sold.
